Get Registration Key from http://account.elexio.com by navigating to "Dashboard > My Elexio Database Details > Registration Key"
Start Client (and enter registration key if it's your first time)
Export People from Elexio
Go to "Reports"
Go into the "Demographics" Folder
Select "People List - FCR3101.0"
Select Fields. Include the following
Envelope #
Household ID
Contact ID
Click "Data Grid" button
Click the "Export to Excel" button at the bottom
Export Giving from Elexio
Go to "Reports"
Go into the "Givings & Finances" Folder
Select "Contribution Detail - FCR3301.0"
Quick Filter Tab
Contribution date range: All Dates (or is Between)
Field Chooser Tab and include the following:
Envelope ID
Household ID
Contact ID
Click "Data Grid" button
Click the "Export to Excel" button at the bottom
Export Groups from Elexio
Go to "Reports"
Go into the "Ministry Teams" Folder
Select "Ministry Team Involvement - FCR3002.0"
Click "Data Grid" button
Click the "Export to Excel" button at the bottom
Export Attendance from Elexio
Go to "Reports"
Go into the "Attendance" Folder
Select "Individual Based"
Select "Attendance Detail - FCR3212.0"
Click "Data Grid" button
Click the "Export to Excel" button at the bottom
Export Notes from Elexio
Go to "Reports"
Go into the "Notes" Folder
Select "FCR 3501"
Click "Data Grid" button
Click the "Export to Excel" button at the bottom
Importing Data into Breeze
Sign in to your Breeze Account
Click the More tab in the top right
Click Tasks from the dropdown
Click the category on the left that you'd like to import (e.g. People, Giving, Tags, etc)
Download and open the template file
Remove the sample data and populate the template file by copy/pasting applicable columns from your Elexio exported file(s). Be sure to keep the first row of the template file intact.
Save file as a .csv file type.
When finished, use the same screen to upload your file to complete the import
